1A. Does Golf Shop Online have a hardcopy catalog that you can send to me in the mail?
No. We do not maintain a hardcopy catalog of our products. The only catalog that we maintain is our online catalog. Our online catalog does not show all of the golf products that we carry. All of our online products are listed in our catalog index. If you have specific questions about a product not shown on our online catalog, please contact us with those specific questions.
1B. Does Golf Shop Online deliver products internationally?
Yes, Golf Shop Online does ship internationally. But, for our large products, like travel cases and practice cages, it is very expensive to ship overseas. To get an estimate of a delivery cost, use the United States Postal Service International Rate Calculator.
1C. Does Golf Shop Online carry 'X' brand of golf club?
We only carry certain brand name golf clubs. If you are looking for a brand that is not listed on our website, then, regrettably we can not get it for you. Check our product index for the products that we do sell. Thanks for asking us at Golf Shop Online.
1D. Can Golf Shop Online put a custom logo on golf equipment?
Yes, custom logos are our specialty. Please send us an email request for quote, with the following information:
To produce a custom graphic logo on our golf products, we will need camera-ready artwork. We can create the camera-ready artwork for an addtional fee.
1E. How much time does it take Golf Shop Online to ship products?
There are many factors that contribute to the amount of time our products take to ship:
If we are sending you products that are in stock via UPS ground, then shipping generally takes a maximum of 10 business day, and in most cases much sooner.
2A. Can I sell my golf products on Golf Shop Online?
Golf Shop Online has many suppliers and we have access to thousands of products. We have placed a subset of those products in our online catalog. Although we limit the number of suppliers that we buy our product from, there are always new and unique golf products that are being developed. If you are interested in selling us wholesale products, then contact us with the details and send us product samples for consideration. We will reply with further details.
3A. Will Golf Shop Online donate golf products to our golf tournament?
Golf Shop Online receives many requests to donate golf products. Our policy is that we will donate golf merchandise for an outing or tournament, if we can place a bid on the items that will be purchased for the outing or tournament. Typically, the products that are ordered for tournaments, such as drink coolers, shirts, towels, balls, tee sets, or ball racks, have a custom organizational or corporate logo. In most cases, we win the bid by providing the best product for the lowest cost. If Golf Shop Online wins the bid, then we will gladly donate merchandise for the tournament.
