   • the product descriptions,
   • the product prices,
   • and any details about the products (like size, color, team logo, and other options),

Calculating the Bill

Calculation of the total bill is done by adding the following billing items:

1. A subtotal of all of the items you wish to order
2. Taxation of 7% if you live in the state of Colorado
3. Shipping Charges (see Shipping Charges below)

If you use the online order form below, each of the billing items is conveniently included as an entry on the form.

Shipping Charges (Domestic, Expedited, and International)

Shipping charges, for standard domestic surface shipping only, are based on the subtotal of the items to be ordered. The following table determines the amount of the standard surface shipping charges for delivery within the continental United States only. The shipping option is selectable on the order form below.

For orders that require a calculated shipping charge (i.e. domestic expedited or international), we will need to take an additional step to calculate an amount of the shipping charge based on the size or weight of the order and the destination. This extra calculation of shipping charges is necessary due to a number of shipping options and the wide variation of the costs of shipping. So for calculated shipping charge orders:

1. First place your order using the order form below
2. We will determine the shipping charges and respond back to you with a total
3. If you agree to the total, we will begin processing the order
4. We will provide you with an estimate of the delivery time

Delivery Time

There are many factors that contribute to the amount of time our products take to ship. Please refer to our FAQ on delivery time.

If we are sending you products that are in stock via UPS ground, then shipping generally takes a maximum of 10 business day, and in most cases much sooner.

Money Back Guarantee and Warranty

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased from Golf Shop Online, simply return the products or notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund (only) the total cost of the products. All shipping costs, including your return shipping, are non-refundable.

All products carry a one year warranty against product defects.
